Anushka is one actress who has the popularity to that of a star hero. Time and again, she has done films which have surprised the audience big time. After the hard hitting Rudramadevi, she is back with a light hearted comedy Size Zero. On the eve of the film’s release, we caught up with Sweety for an exclusive interview. Let’s see what she has to say.

Q)You seem to be on a role with some interesting projects off late. How do you feel ?

Touch wood, everything is going good by the grace of god. I never imagined that I would get to do such diverse roles in my career. The entire credit should go to the directors who have been approaching me with such challenging roles.

Q)Everyone is hailing you as the lady super star. What do you have to say ?

Lady Super star is too big of a word and I don’t take it seriously. For me, Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan are super stars. I am very blessed and happy to be in a position I am now, and thank the audience for showering me with so much love.

Q)Gaining weight is too risky for any heroine. How did you manage it ?

As soon as I heard the script, I connected with the emotion big time and decided to take that big leap for my role. Every one warned me against doing it but I believed in the script and took the extreme step.

Q)What is Size Zero all about ?

The movie is about a girl who looks unconventional but is very normal like any other women which you see in your daily life. The film has an underlying message which is told in a very subtle and funny manner.

Q)How was it working with Prakash Kovelamudi ?

I had a blast working him. He is a true cinema lover and has executed this film in a superb way.

Q)What are the major highlights of Size Zero ?

The strong emotion that is generated through my character and the major star cast are major highlights of the film. Also, Keeravani’s music will be yet another plus for this film.

Q)How is the preparation for Bahubali 2 going on ?

Right now, my entire concentration is on that film and I am seriously loosing weight for my character. The shooting will kick start during the second week of December.

Q)What are your future projects ?

Apart from Baahubali 2, I also have Singham 3 alongside Suriya.
