How did this project shape up?

I was supposed to do this film long back but as I was busy, Kalyan Krishna went ahead with his other projects. Now, things have fallen into place and we are ready for the release of the film this Friday.

Tell us about your role in the film?

I play an orphan character who treats everyone as his own family. He is a down to earth person who loves making new relationships with each passing day. So, in doing this what problems does he face and how did he come out is the whole story of the film.

What attracted you towards this script?

The concept of dealing with elderly people and how they should be treated when they get old attracted me a lot. Apart from that the regular fun and entertainment which my films have will be showcased well in the film.

What kind of a relationship do you share with Pawan Kalyan?

We have been good friends for a very long time. We share the same ideologies and are very positive about life. Whenever we meet, there is a lovely atmosphere which is created and I love that.

Reason for doing back to back films?

When I took a break many asked why such a long gap and now that I am doing back to back films, the same people are saying why so many films. There is no basic plan behind that as things have fallen into place quite well now.

How was it working with Kalyan Krishna?

More than a director, he has become a close friend now. He is very talented and has narrated the film in an entertaining manner. As I knew him for a long time, things worked well between us.

Why did An Emanuel walk out of your film?

There is no special reason behind it. As she is also doing Chay’s film, she could not allot bulk dates and that is the reason she had to walk out of the film.

Is your son doing any movies as of now?

No! he was supposed to do Amar Akbar Anthony but as his school’s dates clashed with the film, I only asked to concentrate on is studies which are very important for him now.

Tell us about your producer Ram?

He is one of the most passionate producers I have seen. He is in the movies because of his passion towards the art and I would love to do many projects in his production.

Finally, will Nela Ticket impress the audience?

We have done a sincere approach and there are many elements in the film which will attract every section of the audience. They are may clap-worthy moments in our film which will be liked by one and all.
