Whenever a big hero film comes, there is a superb buzz for the film right from the two weeks of its release. One such big film which is ready for a release is Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi.
The film is up for a release on the 9th of May and sadly, there is not much buzz for the film. The songs which have been released are a bit disappointing and this has made things difficult for the team of Maharshi.
The teaser was liked by the fans but the general perception of the audience was that it resembles Srimanthudu. All this has created a slight dent in the craze for the film.
Now, the makers are planning a massive pre-release event on the 1st of May and if this event manages to make a statement, the film will be back in the news.
Mahesh Babu will be seen in two different roles and it is said that he has given a standout performance. Vamsi Paidipally directs this film which has Pooja Hegde as the female lead.
