When was the last time a film had more than 15 songs? It is hard to recall one in recent years, but an upcoming South Indian film is all set to surprise with a 15-track album.
The film is DC, starring Lokesh Kanagaraj and Wamiqa Gabbi. The romantic crime drama’s audio jukebox will be released on July 24, 2026. Music director Anirudh Ravichander has confirmed that the album features 15 tracks.
The first song, “Rage of Revenge,” has already become a social media sensation. It will be interesting to see how the remaining tracks are received.
Produced by Sun Pictures, DC will be released in Telugu by Asian Suresh Entertainment. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on August 7, 2026, in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
