Super Star Rajinikanth’s 2.0, being directed by the genius Shankar, is one of the highly-anticipated movies of 2017. The film’s entire shooting has been wrapped up except for a song.
Recently, one of the film’s producers Raju Mahalingam interestingly said that 2.0 will be India’s answer to the Hong Kong-Taiwanese cult classic, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Released in the year 2000, this epic action drama went on to win the Best Foreign Language Film award at the Oscars.
2.0 will be released as a Diwali special treat in October. Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson will be seen in prominent roles in the movie.
