Natural Star Nani is mostly known for his boy-next-door roles. With Dasara, he has come out of his comfort zone. The actor did a solid job in the rural action drama and scored the biggest hit of his career. Dasara, directed by Srikanth Odela, collected over 100 crores gross at the box office.
Later, Nani came up with the family drama Hi Nanna. Normally, this kind of movies perform well in urban centers, but Hi Nanna came at a time when mass films were ruling the roost. Yet the Shouryuv directorial stood its ground and worked well with its target audiences.
So 2023 has been a magical year for Nani with two good films that catered to different sets of audiences. Nani is very much delighted with the results, and he will be next seen in Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, directed by Vivek Athreya.
