August 13th, 1975, marked the laying of that one stone that stood as a cornerstone for Indian Cinema. It was the beginning of the largest functioning film studio in Asia, Annapurna Studios. Tollywood stalwart Akkineni Nageswara Rao is its founder.

The studio was inaugurated by then-Indian President Fakhruddhin Ali Ahmed later in 1976. From then, there was no looking back. The studio located in Hyderabad offers services, including outdoor sets, floors, editing, dubbing, sound mixing, visual effects, etc.

Recently, the studio came up with a new facility which is a “State of the art facility” that allows filmmakers to tell stories without any limitations regarding space and locations. The new technology allows for real-time rendering of complex photorealistic virtual locations. Annapurna Studios has emerged as an international standard studio with its advanced infrastructure facilities, and services.
