Today is a special day for Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and the entire team of his iconic hit, Lagaan. This Oscar nominated period drama has turned 20 today. On this special occasion, Aamir took to Twitter and shared a special video to thank Lagaan’s team, all the trade bodies involved and of course his fans.
What’s special about the video was Aamir’s army officer’s avatar. Aamir revealed that he wrapped up today’s shoot for his highly-anticipated Forest Gump remake, Laal Singh Chaddha, hinting that the army officer’s get-up is for his upcoming film. Also starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Naga Chaitanya in lead roles, Laal Singh Chaddha is being directed by Advait Chandan. The film is slated for release in December.
