For the past few years, Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth has been teaming up with some of the most talented young filmmakers and is churning out one blockbuster after the other. The stalwart actor is currently working on his 171st project under Jai Bhim fame TJ Gnanavel’s direction.
Now, the latest updates coming in from the Tamil film circles reveal that Rajinikanth will be teaming up with acclaimed filmmakers Mari Selvaraj and his Jailer director Nelson Dilipkumar for his 172nd and 173rd projects respectively. While the Rajini-Mari Selvaraj movie will be bankrolled by Leo’s producer Lalit Kumar, leading Tamil production house, Sun Pictures, will be producing the Rajini-Nelson Dilipkumar project.
Apart from these two directors, Rajini may also be reuniting with his Muthu and Padayappa director KS Ravi Kumar for his 174th or 175th movie. Well, stay tuned to 123Telugu.com for the official announcements on Thalaivar172 and Thalaivar173.
