“Life of an actress is not as rosy as it seems,” says Kiara Advani, who’ll soon be seen in Bharat Ane Nenu. The actress is paired opposite Mahesh Babu, who she says, is a thorough professional. “He has an infectious energy and everyone laughs when he begins to joke and laugh,” she says, talking about her co-star.

Explaining why there’s a lot of misconception about actors and their lifestyle, the actress, in a recent interview, said, “People think it is such an easy life and you just go get ready and someone does your hair and make up and all you have to do is say a few dialogues. But there is lot more behind it. You are getting into a particular frame of mind to get into a scene, you have to get your emotion right. You need to have stamina to get that glamorous look and mentally you have to be focused, you have to be cut off from all problems around you at that moment.”

Since she has always dreamt to become an actor, when she finally got the chance, it turned out to be a life-changing experience. “Acting has really disciplined me. For me acting is passion, emotion and creating the character and the whole world around the character,” Kiara. The film, directed by Koratala Siva, is slated for release on April 20.
