After a gap of over 30 years, the legendary duo Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam have reunited for the highly anticipated action drama Thug Life, featuring Simbu in a pivotal role.
The latest update is that the talented young actor Ashok Selvan, last seen in Pon Ondru Kanden, has joined the cast. Celebrating this achievement, Ashok Selvan shared his excitement, posting, “One of those real memorable days. Miracles do happen.” He further confirmed his involvement by liking congratulatory posts about his casting.
Ashok Selvan will be stepping into a role initially intended for Jayam Ravi. The film also stars Trisha Krishnan as the female lead, with Aishwarya Lekshmi, Gautham Karthik, Nasser, Ali Fazal, and Pankaj Tripathi in significant roles. Thug Life is produced by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth, with music composed by the legendary A R Rahman.
