India’s top female-led superhero film Lokah is unstoppable at the box office. Starring Kalyani Priyadarshan and directed by Dominic Arun, the movie is now aiming to cross Rs. 200 crore worldwide as more audiences continue to watch it in theatres.
Meanwhile, actor Basil Joseph has shared that he regrets not being part of the film. In a recent chat, Basil, who was last seen in Mohanlal’s Hridayapoorvam, said that director Dominic Arun had offered him an important role and even narrated the story.
But because of other work, he had to turn it down. Basil added that he now feels bad for missing such a big chance, though he didn’t reveal which role was offered.
Basil will be next seen in Sudha Kongara’s Parasakthi. There was also a rumour that he is directing Tollywood icon Allu Arjun, but he has denied it.
