Announced in 2022, Adhira marks the acting debut of Kalyan Dasari, the producer of They Call Him OG. The superhero film is created by Prasanth Varma and will be directed by Sharan Koppishetty.
In an exclusive update, the makers have locked January 27, 2026, as the film’s shoot commencement date. In a recent interaction, director Sharan revealed that the first schedule will kick off in Hyderabad on the date.
SJ Suryah has been roped in to play a menacing antagonist in this project, which is being produced under the RKD Studios banner. Sricharan Pakala is composing the music, while details about the rest of the cast will be announced at a later stage.
