Dhurandhar: The Revenge is enjoying a sensational run at the box office. Recently, it set a new benchmark by becoming the highest-grossing Indian film in North America, surpassing the long-standing record held by Baahubali: The Conclusion for nine years. The bigger question now is who will break this record next.
Amid these developments, Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda shared his reaction on social media. Taking to X, he revealed that he had finally watched the film and thoroughly enjoyed it. “Needless to say, I loved it and thoroughly enjoyed the film. Happy to see it breaking all the records, and setting new box office benchmarks in India and worldwide. Congratulations to the entire team,” he wrote.
This marks a major milestone for the Bollywood film, which continues to gain momentum globally. Theatre occupancies remain strong, and achieving such milestones without the advantage of holiday releases makes the feat even more impressive.
Starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the film has already crossed the Rs. 1100 crore mark at the worldwide box office in record time. With Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi in key roles, the film is produced by Jio Studios in association with B62 Studios.
