Last year, Varun Tej had train under Olympic boxing gold medalist Tony Jeffries in the USA. And now, the Mega hero has left for Mumbai to train under the Indian boxing champion Neeraj Goyat. Neeraj is the first Indian boxer to have made it to WBC world rankings.
In his soon-to-commence sports drama, Boxer, Varun will be seen as a boxer. The first look poster revealing his intense and macho look was unveiled earlier today on the occasion of his birthday.
Hollywood stuntman Larnell Stovall will compose the fight scenes for Boxer. Debutant Kiran Korrapati will be directing this high budget entertainer, while Allu Venkatesh (Bobby) and Siddhu Mudda will jointly bankroll the project.
