Born in Mumbai, star heroine Pooja Hegde has been ruling Tollywood for the last few years. Now, yet another Hegde girl from Mumbai, Pakkhi Hegde, is all set to debut in Tollywood. Pakkhi’s maiden Telugu film in a lead role, Mani Shankar, is currently underway in Hyderabad.
In Mani Shankar, Pakkhi Hegde will also be seen performing action sequences. Touted as an action adventurous thriller, Mani Shankar is being directed by debutant Venkat Krishnan and Siva Kantamaneni is the film’s hero. Pakkhi Hegde is a popular actress in Bhojpuri Cinema, with over 25 movies to her credit. She also acted in a few Punjabi and Marathi films.
