Veteran filmmaker MS Raju is gearing up to thrill audiences with his upcoming directorial Agadha, a mystical divine thriller starring Shravan Reddy and Kamakshi Bhaskarla in the lead roles. The project has been generating good buzz with its intriguing premise, which blends mystery, suspense, and divine folklore.
As part of the film’s promotional campaign, the team visited the renowned Balkampet Yellamma Pochamma Temple in Hyderabad today. Kamakshi Bhaskarla performed the sacred Bonalu rituals, joined by director MS Raju, lead actor Shravan Reddy, producer Kasi Visalakshi Balusu, presenter Ajay KR, and executive producer NVN Subbaraju.
Speaking on the occasion, MS Raju revealed that the core story of Agadha is closely connected to the legend of the goddess, making the temple visit a meaningful beginning to the film’s promotions.
Produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu under the banner of Sri Aadi Varaha Productions, Agadha also features Ulka Gupta, Jovika Vijay Kumar, Sijju, Roshan Basheer, and Shreya Rani Reddy in pivotal roles. Agadha is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on August 14, 2026.
