Amazon Prime Video has been developing good Indian content, and this year it released a web series named Suzhal: The Vortex. Starring Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role, this is a suspense thriller which was directed by Pushkar-Gayathri. The show received rave reviews from critics.
Now Hollywood’s popular website Variety has released a list of top international TV shows of 2022, and Suzhal earned a spot in this elite list. This is the only Indian show to get featured on the list. Pushkar-Gayathri called it an honor and thanked Variety for picking up their show.
Suzhal also stars Kathir, Radhakrishnan Parthiban, Sriya Reddy, Harish Uthaman, Elango Kumaravel, Nivedhithaa Sathish, and Gopika Ramesh in crucial roles. Apart from helming, the director duo produced the show too.
