Director Ajay Bhupathi’s next flick, Managalavaaram, has made heads turn with its promotional content. Payal Rajput is playing the lead role. The teaser and trailer were scintillating, raising the anticipation among the filmgoers. Mangalavaaram is scheduled for release on November 17. Today, the makers conducted a pre-release event in Hyderabad for which Icon Star Allu Arjun was the chief guest.

Before beginning his speech, director Ajay Bhupathi mourned the loss of Chandra Mohan Garu. Ajay Bhupathi said, “I narrated Mangalavaaram’s story to Allu Arjun Garu before one and half year. He was curious how I would translate it to the big screens. I feel Allu Arjun sir will like the film. I am very grateful to Allu Arjun Garu for gracing our event, and this is an unforgettable moment for our entire team.”

Ajay Bhupathi stated, “Irrespective of Mahasamudram’s result, I would have made Mangalavaaram. Don’t think this film doesn’t have a hero. Today, the mixing works were wrapped up in Chennai. I can assure you that Mangalavaaram will make you all go crazy. Ajaneesh Loknath gave excellent music for the film. I had an amazing technical team by my side. The film has some shocking elements, and I request audiences not to reveal the spoilers.”

Ajay Bhupathi further said, “Mangalavaaram is a dark thriller set in a village backdrop. This is a new genre. Every artist and technician gave their complete support. I can proudly say that I touched upon a point never attempted before in Indian cinema. It is a female-related thing and is very complicated. Things can easily go wrong with such a concept. We shot for 100 days. The budget went overboard, but I want to give the best cinematic experience to the audience. Allu Arjun’s presence made this event more special, and I am waiting for Pushpa “
