Bollywood star hero Ajay Devgn scored his second hit in the horror genre with Shaitaan. The actor’s old film Bhoot, directed by horror movies specialist Ram Gopal Varma, was a smash hit with solid footfalls. Years later, Ajay has once again struck gold with Shaitaan in the horror space. Despite many new releases, Shaitaan ruled the roost at the Bollywood box office. This horror thriller fetched about 150 crores nett in India.

Here is the update you have all been waiting for. Shaitaan will be available for streaming from tomorrow (May 4) on Netflix. The OTT platform has officially confirmed the same. The gap between theatrical and OTT release is 57 days. Madhavan played the antagonist. Shaitaan is the official remake of the Gujarati film Vash. The makers have rewritten the climax portion for the remake version. Vikas Bahl is the director.

Shaitaan’s buzz grew rapidly with its impactful trailer, and the film opened to good box office numbers in its opening weekend. The movie maintained momentum in the long run, and it is the second highest grosser of Hindi cinema in 2024 after Fighter. Jyothika and Janki Bodiwala played crucial roles. All those who missed watching Shaitaan in theatres can catch it on Netflix from tomorrow.
