Tamil actor Ajith widely regarded as Thala by his adorable fans, was last seen in the film Thunivu which arrived this Pongal. The movie performed well in theatres, and it recorded career-best numbers for Ajith in overseas.
Ajith was supposed to collaborate with Vignesh Shivan for a project which will be produced by Lyca Productions. But Vignesh Shivan is not directing the project anymore, and director Magizh Thirumeni of Thadam fame is replacing him.
