Akhanda 2: Thaandavam is doing decent business at the box office. The collections from paid premieres and day 1 together crossed Rs. 59 crore gross, and the second day added fine numbers as well.

The Sunday collections are expected to be higher than day 2, as ticket bookings were solid on BookMyShow. At one point, over 15,000 tickets were sold in a hour, indicating the film’s strong performance.
