Peddi is gearing up to be one of next year’s notable Telugu releases. This village sports drama is directed by Buchi Babu Sana and features Ram Charan in the lead, with Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.
Shooting for Peddi is currently underway. Reports suggest that Viji Chandrasekhar will play Ram Charan’s mother in the movie. She recently appeared in the Tamil hit Maaman and in Telugu, she was seen in Balakrishna’s Akhanda.
The film also features Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu Sharma, and others in key roles. Vriddhi Cinemas produces the film, presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. AR Rahman has composed the music, and the film will release across India on March 27, 2026.
