Lenin, headlined by Akhil Akkineni and Bhagyasri Borse, has generated good buzz among the audience. The film, directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, will hit cinemas on July 10. At the recent press meet, Akhil Akkineni was asked about the commercial expectations from Lenin.
Akhil replied, “We can’t make a film like this with commercial calculations in mind. We have to make it how it is supposed to be made. We loved this journey. We gave utmost respect to the script. You will understand it while watching the movie. We wanted to deliver a special film to the audiences. Our efforts are genuine.”
King Nagarjuna and Naga Vamsi have jointly bankrolled Lenin under the banners of Manam Enterprises LLP and Sithara Entertainments, respectively. Shivaji, Brahmaji, and Eeswari Rao play crucial roles.
