After films like Welcome, Singh Is Kinng, and Thank You, Akshay Kumar has once again teamed up with director Anees Bazmee for a family comedy. Tollywood producer Dil Raju is bankrolling the project.

The makers have now taken to social media and announced that the biggie will hit theatres on December 4, 2026, the hotshot release window in Indian cinema currently. The untitled film stars Vidya Balan and Raashii Khanna as the female leads.

Reportedly, a major portion of the shoot has already been completed, and Anees Bazmee is planning to wrap up filming by the end of May. The title and further updates are expected to be revealed soon. Akshay Kumar recently scored a success with Bhooth Bangla, and his upcoming lineup appears quite promising.
