Akshay Kumar has reunited with Anees Bazmee for a fun entertainer produced by Dil Raju. Vidya Balan and Raashii Khanna play the female leads, and the movie was announced for a December 4 release.
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the comic caper will not arrive on the said date. The report mentions that the makers have decided against the December 4 release and are now considering two options: either releasing the film in the second half of November or, if the film isn’t ready, postponing it to 2027.
Shraddha Kapoor’s Eetha, based on the life of legendary Marathi Tamasha artist Vithabai Narayangaonkar, is also scheduled for release on the same day. If the report turns out to be true, Eetha will have a solo release during one of the most lucrative seasons for the industry in recent times.
