Bollywood star hero Karthik Aaryan will next feature in Shehzada, the official Hindi remake of the south Indian blockbuster Ala Vaikuntapurramulo. The movie team is promoting the film on an aggressive note. Initially, the film was supposed to release on 10th February, but the Pathaan wave made the team change the release date to 17th February.
The latest news is that the film has completed its censor. Shehzada’s runtime is 145 minutes (2 hours and 25 minutes) in contrast to the original, which was 162 minutes long. The remake is kept below two and half hours, and it seems the makers have made a few significant changes to the original version. We need to wait till the release to know about those changes.
The movie received a U/A certificate from the censor board. Kriti Sanon plays the leading lady opposite Karthik Aaryan. Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Sachin Khedekar, and Ronit Roy play vital roles. Rohit Dhawan directed this family entertainer, which is bankrolled by T-Series Films, Allu Entertainment, Brat Films, and Haarika & Hassine Creations.
