Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, last seen in the action drama Jigra, faced disappointment as the Vasan Bala directorial struggled to meet audience expectations despite significant pre-release buzz.
Netflix, the streaming giant that acquired the film’s digital rights, is reportedly gearing up to release it on December 6, 2024. However, an official confirmation from the platform is yet to be made.
Jigra stars Vedang Raina, Manoj Pahwa, Rahul Ravindran, and others in key roles. The film’s music is composed by Achint Thakkar and Manpreet Singh. It is produced by an accomplished team that includes Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Apoorva Mehta, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra.
