Ever since he launched the digital streaming platform Aha, veteran producer Allu Aravind has been roping in several young filmmakers to helm original shows and films for Aha. Now, Allu Aravind will be collaborating with Virata Parvam director Venu Udugula.
Interestingly, Venu will not be directing the project for Aha, but he will be producing it and one of his close acquaintances will be directing it. The project will be a cinematic adaption of legendary Telugu author Chalam’s Maidanam.
The pre-production formalities are going on already and the makers are in talks with a few star heroines for the project. More details will be out in a couple of weeks.
