Sumanth Ashwin, who’ll soon be seen in Anthaka Mundhu Aa Tharuvatha, has pinned a lot of hopes on the film. Indraganti Mohankrishna has directed it and K Damodhar Prasad has produced it. Eesha will be making her debut as a lead actress. This is the second film in Sumanth Ashwin’s career and he had made his debut last year with Tuneega Tuneega. Talking about the film, Damodhar Prasad said, “Earlier, we had planned to make the film with newcomers, but after watching Sumanth Ashwin in Tuneega Tuneega, we thought he’ll be apt for the role. He works extremely hard on the sets and has lots of patience as well. I’m happy with the film’s output.”

On the other hand, Sumanth Ashwin is all praises for the film unit of Anthaka Mundhu Aa Tharuvatha and said, “I was pampered a lot more on this film’s set than I was during Tuneega Tuneega. There’s a lot of realism in the story and I believe I have improved a lot as an actor. In fact, acting in this film has made me lot more confident that I can handle difficult issues in my personal life as well, since the film deals with few such issues like love, friendship, family relations, in a realistic manner. I am in talks with few other filmmakers and I’ll announce my next projects on the day of this film’s release.”
