Tollywood star Nandamuri Balakrishna’s highly anticipated pan-India action drama, Akhanda 2, is fast nearing completion. The movie’s unit recently wrapped up a major schedule in Georgia, where they filmed the crucial climax sequence featuring Balayya and other lead actors.
Balayya and his Akhanda 2 leading lady, Samyukta Menon, participated in a jewellery store inauguration ceremony in Eluru yesterday. Addressing the media on the sidelines of the event, Balayya dropped a big update about Akhanda 2’s release date. Busting all the ongoing postponement rumors, Balayya confirmed that Akhanda 2 will surely hit theaters worldwide on September 25, thereby confirming a big box office clash with Pawan Kalyan’s OG.
Akhanda 2: Thandavam is a sequel to Balayya’s blockbuster action drama, Akhanda. The Boyapati Sreenu directorial features a soundtrack composed by Thaman. Leading Tollywood producers Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are bankrolling this prestigious project.
