Young talent Roshan Meka will be next seen in the sports action drama Champion. The movie is slated for a Christmas 2025 release and marks the Telugu debut of Mollywood sensation Anaswara Rajan. National Award–winning director Pradeep Advaitham is helming this flick. Swapna Cinemas, Zee Studios, Anandi Art Creations, and Concept Films are backing the film.
Ahead of the release, Anaswara Rajan interacted with the media. The actress stated that she feels lucky to make her Telugu cinema debut under Swapna Cinemas and Vyjayanthi Movies. She thanked the makers for trusting her despite her not being comfortable with the language.
She said, “When I heard the plot of Champion, I felt deeply emotional. It’s the kind of story that stays in the hearts of the audience forever and has all the ingredients of a good film. The character Chandrakala that I portrayed will leave a lasting impression. I truly enjoyed playing the character, and it gave me immense happiness. I love watching meaningful films like Champion.”
