Balagam is bankrolled by Harshith Reddy, and Hanshitha Reddy under Dil Raju Productions. Dhamaka fame Bhems Ceciroleo composed the tunes. Venu Yeldandi, Muralidhar Goud, Jayaram, Roopa, Racha Ravi, and others essayed pivotal roles.
