Leaving the fans and industry wallahs surprised, maverick director Puri Jagannadh announced his next project with acclaimed Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi. The film was officially announced a few days ago.
And the latest buzz reveals that National Award-winning Bollywood actress Tabu is in talks to play a lead role in the Puri Jagannadh-Vijay Sethupathi film. Apart from the North, Tabu is well known even across South India for her power-packed performances. With two of the country’s best actors being part of the project, Puri seems to have pulled off a major casting coup.
The Puri Jagannadh-Vijay Sethupathi film will be bankrolled jointly by Puri Jagannadh and actress-turned-producer Charmme. The film’s shooting is expected to commence in the month of May. More details are awaited.
