Balagam was a film that not many knew before its release. But the solid content in the movie made people talk about it. Slowly the film started raking in good collections, and the village drama eventually became a huge blockbuster. The movie, directed by Venu Yaldandi, has Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram in the lead roles.
Yesterday (the 20th day), which marks Ugadi, the flick registered its best single-day collections since its release. The crowd is thronging to the theatres to catch this heartwarming drama. The movie’s success proves that if a good film is made, the audience will for sure lap it up, whether or not the film has a star cast.
Balagam is produced by Harshith Reddy, and Hanshitha Reddy under Dil Raju Productions. Dhamaka fame Bhems Ceciroleo composed the tunes. Muralidhar Goud, Jayaram, Roopa, Racha Ravi, Venu Yeldandi, and others played crucial roles.
