Since yesterday, an old video of legendary yesteryear actor Sobhan Babu’s speech at one of his felicitations has been going viral on social media. The video dates back to 14th March, 1993.
In the video, Sobhan Babu urges all his fans to not get entangled in competition with the then young generation stars Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi. “Just like you all, even Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi are like my sons. No father competes with his sons. If you want, please encourage them, but don’t get into any sort of comparisons or competition with them,” Sobhan Babu said.
After ruling his fans’ hearts for over 4 decades, the legend breathed his last in Chennai on March 20, 2008 after suffering a heart attack.
