After the disappointing result of Akhanda 2, Nandamuri Balakrishna has shifted his full focus to his next film with director Gopichand Malineni.

As per industry gossip, the makers have decided to significantly cut down the film’s budget. This move is said to be a direct result of Akhanda 2 failing to meet expectations at the box office.

With recent big-hero films struggling on OTT platforms and not fetching massive digital deals, producers are now being extra cautious with investments.

The Balakrishna–Gopichand Malineni project is being planned as a controlled-budget commercial entertainer rather than a lavish spectacle.
