After a phenomenal start on April 20, Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu had a fabulous weekend at the box-offices worldwide. Thanks to the solid show, Bharat Ane Nenu has paved the red carpet for Telugu Cinema in several unexplored regions, including Kerala.
In the God’s own country, Kerala, Bharat Ane Nenu collected Rs 79,425 on Friday and Rs 2.12 lakhs on Saturday. The Sunday’s collections were higher than Saturday, with a cool Rs 2.59 lakhs. With this the film’s first weekend total came down to Rs 5.51 lakhs. As per the Malayalam film trade circles, Bharat Ane Nenu is all set to become the all-time top grosser among the straight Telugu releases.
