The much-anticipated movie Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire, starring Prabhas, is set to make its theatrical debut worldwide on September 28, 2023. The directorial work of Prashanth Neel will likely be available in IMAX format, but we’re waiting for an official confirmation from Hombale Films, the production company.
Adding to the excitement, there’s a buzzing rumour online that the creators of the film Leo are also considering an IMAX release, although nothing has been confirmed yet. This movie, starring Vijay and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is gearing up for a grand release on October 19, 2023.
In Leo, Trisha Krishnan plays the female lead, with Sanjay Dutt, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Santi Mayadevi, Mathew Thomas, Mansoor Ali Khan, and others in significant roles. The production, under Seven Screen Studios, features musical compositions by Anirudh Ravichander.
