Mollywood blockbuster Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has now released in Telugu as well. The rom-com, starring Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles, has already collected over Rs. 230 crores globally.
Because of its OTT deal, national chains (PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis) initially restricted the release of the Telugu and Tamil versions, but with the window now extended, that issue has been resolved.
Bookings are now open in the PIC chain as well, and this should further improve the film’s prospects. Girish AD, who earlier directed Premalu, helmed this flick.
Bankrolled by Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil, and Syam Pushkaran, the film also stars Sangeeth Prathap, Suresh Krishna, Vinay Forrt, Roshan Shanavas, Shyam Mohan, and Shameer Khan in key roles. Vishnu Vijay composed the tunes.
