Kaantha is an upcoming Tamil–Telugu bilingual film starring Dulquer Salmaan and Bhagyashri Borse in the lead roles. Directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, the film is set to release on November 14, 2025.
The trailer has generated a decent buzz, making this a crucial project for Bhagyashri Borse. Her last two releases, Mr. Bachchan and Kingdom, failed at the box office and did little to boost her visibility. Now, she is placing strong hopes on Kaantha, her maiden Tamil film. The actress is confident that her character, Kumari, will attract attention and appreciation.
The film also features Samuthirakani, Rana Daggubati, Ravindra Vijay, and others in key roles. Kaantha is produced by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films and Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media. Jhanu Chanthar serves as the music director.
