Released last Friday, Nithiin and Rashmika’s much appreciated romantic entertainer, Bheeshma, has had a fabulous first weekend at the box-office across the twin Telugu states. The film was rock steady on Sunday and collected Rs 4.37 crore in the Andhra, Ceded and Nizam regions.
Until Sunday, Bheeshma collected a solid theatrical share of Rs 14.89 crore across the ticket counters in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The film was sold for nearly Rs 19.5 crore, and the break even will be done by tomorrow with the morning or matinee shows. This Venky Kudumula directorial has given the much-needed blockbuster to Nithiin, who had a forgettable last couple of years with back-to-back flops.
