Sunny Deol-starrer war drama Border 2 is turning out to be a big hit with each passing day. Directed by Anurag Singh, the movie opened with Rs. 32 crore nett, followed by Rs. 40.59 crore nett on the second day.
On Sunday, the movie made more bucks and emerged as the highest-collected day so far. On Sunday alone, Rs. 57.20 crore nett was collected by the film, which is impressive. The total collection now stands at over Rs. 129.89 crore nett.
The Sunday and Republic Day holidays helped achieve this feat. In just three days, Border 2 crossed the Rs. 100 crore nett mark despite receiving mixed talk. The movie is expected to register strong numbers on day 4 as well, and its later performance remains to be seen.
Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty are also part of this big-budget film. It is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta under their home banners.
