After a successful theatrical run, the latest Tamil action hit Blast, released in Telugu as Blast Zone, has finally made its OTT debut on Netflix. The film, which grossed over Rs. 75 crore at the box office, features Arjun, Abhirami, and Preity Mukhundhan in the lead roles.
Netflix has released the film in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, giving it a much wider reach. With its action-packed narrative and multilingual availability, Blast is expected to find an even bigger audience on OTT, much like it did in theatres.
Directed by debutant Subash Raj and backed by AGS Entertainment, Blast also stars John Kokken, Vivek Prasanna, and others in pivotal roles. Adding to the film’s intensity is Ravi Basrur’s adrenaline-pumping background score, which stands out as one of its biggest strengths and gives the action sequences an extra punch.
