Dil Diya – A Naked Truth, starring Chaitanya Rao Madadi, has officially stepped into the spotlight with the unveiling of its title and first-look poster, marking the film’s first promotional material. The reveal, done by Spirit director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has generated early buzz within industry circles and set the tone for the promotional journey.

Produced by Poorna Naidu under the Sreeyas Chitra – A Poorna Naidu Production banner and written and directed by K. Kranthi Madhav, the film presents itself as a contemporary drama centered on emotional conflict and personal relationships.

The first-look poster offers a subtle yet evocative glimpse into the film’s emotional landscape. Minimal in design and devoid of visual excess, the imagery hints at vulnerability, contradiction, and inner turmoil. Rather than spelling out its themes, the poster suggests an introspective narrative driven by personal truth, aligning closely with Kranthi Madhav’s filmmaking style, where emotional honesty takes precedence over stylized spectacle.

For K. Kranthi Madhav, Dil Diya – A Naked Truth continues a filmography marked by emotional depth and narrative restraint. Known for exploring human vulnerability over surface-level drama, the director has previously delivered films such as Onamalu, Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, and World Famous Lover, which delved into themes of love, moral dilemmas, emotional collapse, and inner conflict.

With this film, he revisits familiar emotional territory, this time through a sharper and more contemporary lens shaped by obsession, failure, intimacy, and self-worth. Sakhee and Jessy play the other lead roles, with Mani Chandana, Pramodini, and Veera Shankar appearing in pivotal roles.

Music for the film is composed by Phani Kalyan, while editing is handled by Ra-Sha (Ravi–Shashank). Positioned as a film that aims to redefine conventional box-office storytelling, Dil Diya – A Naked Truth is scheduled for a theatrical release in Summer 2026.
