Kannappa is the most ambitious project of the actor-producer Vishnu Manchu. He is playing the main lead in the movie, which is being directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh.
A few days ago, it was confirmed that the Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is cast in the film to play a crucial role. Today, the actor touched down in Hyderabad and met the actors Vishnu Manchu and Mohan Babu. Akshay, who is making his Tollywood debut with Kannappa, received a warm welcome from the actors. He joined the shoot happening in the city. As per the sources, key scenes related to the climax, involving him and Vishnu, will be canned in the ongoing schedule.
Apart from Akshay Kumar, the film also has Prabhas, Nayanthara, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Madhubala and other stars in prominent roles. The film is backed by 24 Frames Factory and Ava Entertainment.Stephen Devassy and Manisharma serve as the composers for this magnum opus confirmed to release in major Indian languages and English.
