Bollywood film Border 2 is all set for a grand theatrical release tomorrow, with decent buzz surrounding the project. It stands out as one of the major releases of the day across industries. Headlined by Sunny Deol, the war drama is directed by Anurag Singh.

However, the film has reportedly been banned in several Gulf countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. The decision is said to be linked to scenes perceived as anti-Pakistan, leading to political sensitivity concerns in the region. Recently. Dhurandhar, faced a similar situation, which resulted in significant losses for its makers, and a similar impact is now expected for Border 2.

Produced jointly by T-Series and JP Films, Border 2 has a lengthy runtime of around 3 hours and 20 minutes. Set against the backdrop of the India-Pakistan war of 1971, the film presents a broader narrative canvas compared to the original Border.

Along with Sunny Deol, the movie stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty in key roles. Sonam Bajwa, Mona Singh, Medha Rana, and Anya Singh feature in supporting roles, while Suniel Shetty and Akshaye Khanna make cameo appearances.
