A horrific accident took place on the sets of Shankar-Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, a little while ago in Chennai. According to news reports, three people died on the spot and several others were injured following the incident which took place in EVP Poonamalle.
Reports suggest that the accident took place during the construction of a set, when all of a sudden a huge crane crashed on the ground. As a result, several people who were directly under the crane couldn’t escape on time, which led to loss of lives and other injuries. The core team of the film is said to have rushed to the spot as soon as the incident occurred, and more details are expected to be revealed soon.
