We have already reported that Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu movie will be locking horns with Ajith’s Thunivu for Pongal 2023. Both films carry tremendous expectations among fans and movie lovers, and the stakes are pretty high.
The latest buzz to be heard is that these films might clash on the same day itself. Vijay and Ajith clashed earlier on a few occasions, but now, if these films release on the same day, it will surely be an exciting thing to watch out for. Vijay and Ajith have an immense craze in Kollywood currently, and we need to see who takes the lead.
While Vamsi Paidipally directs Varisu, AK61 is directed by H.Vinoth, who also directed Ajith’s Valimai and Nerkonda Paarvai. Varisu is a family entertainer, as said by the director, and Thunivu is a heist thriller. Varisu is dubbed as Varasudu in Telugu, and there isn’t any update on Thunivu’s Telugu version as of now.
