Preity Mukhundhan made her Tollywood debut with Om Bheem Bush and then went on to act in the star-studded devotional entertainer Kannappa. The actress pinned massive hopes on Kannappa, but that didn’t yield the desired result for her. Later, she acted in Sarvam Maya and Blast, which became box-office blockbusters. Preity was then roped in for Roshan Meka and Sailesh Kolanu’s romantic drama Emo Emo Idhi.
According to the latest reports in Telugu media, Preity Mukhundhan bagged the opportunity to play the leading lady in Sharwanand and Sreenu Vaitla’s comedy entertainer. The film is set to release during Sankranthi 2027.
Anil Sunkara is the producer for Sreenu Vaitla’s directorial. With back-to-back hits in other languages, Preity Mukhundhan is on a roll, and if the actress can score a hit in Telugu too, her career will go to the next level in South cinema.
